The Bimbo Global Race unites people from across the globe to get moving and help Nourish a Better World.
Over 165,000 runners from 22 countries participated in the 2025 Bimbo Global Race, both virtually and in-person. In the United States, Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU) had more than 20,500 participants, with 10,500 coming together to run at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA and over 10,000 joining virtually.
As part of its commitment to giving back, BBU pledged to donate 20 slices of bread to Feeding America® for every in-person runner, and 2 slices for every virtual participant. This year, BBU is proud to donate 230,000 slices of bread to nine Feeding America® food banks across the country.
Race participants had the option to include a monetary donation to Feeding America® as part of the registration process. As a result, more than $15,000 was also raised for the organization.
With the theme "The Good We Share," the 2025 Bimbo Global Race invited participants of all ages to support hunger relief initiatives across the world while getting active. The 2025 race marked Grupo Bimbo’s 10th anniversary of the event. Since its inception, Grupo Bimbo has donated more than 29 million slices of bread globally.
