  • Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors in an undergraduate program

Our co-op program provides meaningful work experience that enhances problem-solving skills and prepares students for long-term career success. At the end of the program, participants present their ideas to BBU senior leaders.

MBA Summer Associate Internship

Get an inside look at BBU’s operations and contribute to strategic projects that drive business impact. Our MBA internship provides a unique opportunity to analyze challenges and recommend solutions, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership.

  • 12-week full-time paid assignment
  • Open to second-year MBA students

 

Early Career Rotational Program

Experience BBU’s business from multiple perspectives! This two-year rotational program provides exposure to our bakeries, sales centers, and Center of Excellence teams. Participants develop leadership skills, gain cross-functional experience, and build the business acumen needed for future leadership roles.

Details:

  • 2-year full-time rotational position
  • Open to graduating students and professionals who graduated within the past 24 months
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrated leadership experience
