Bimbo Bakeries USA’s inaugural Diversity, Equity & Belonging Scorecard is now available! The scorecard is broken into three section to align with Bimbo Bakeries USA’s Diversity, Equity & Belonging strategic pillars: Workforce, Workplace and Marketplace.
Within each section, the goals and commitments that we first introduced in 2022 as part of our Diversity, Equity & Belonging Report are along the left side. These goals were set to be achieved between 2022-2024, and our progress shown on the scorecard is as of April 2023.
The scorecard aims to show how we are staying focused on our Diversity, Equity & Belonging goals and commitments and working to make authentic, meaningful progress in this space.
