History
Founded in Mexico in 1975, Tia Rosa was originally known for its sweet goods. Eventually, Tia Rosa launched tortillas under the "Tortillinas" concept, introducing a new homemade premium flour tortilla to the Mexican market.

Tia Rosa corn, flour and chip products were first sold in the US in 1995 and shortly thereafter became one of the leading national tortilla brands.
