Ninnie L. Baird founded Mrs Baird's in Fort Worth, Texas in 1908. First baking bread as gifts for neighbors, then as a way to support her family, Mrs. Baird's bread soon became a family favorite in her neighborhood. Her legacy and commitment to uncompromising quality and trust continue today. We're still baking bread for the neighbors. The neighborhood has just gotten a little bigger, that's all.
