What is the best way to store bread?
You can freeze bread; however, frozen bread products are best when double-bagged and eaten within two to three weeks after freezing. Storing bread in your refrigerator is not recommended because it will extract moisture from the bread, which will cause it to age prematurely. If you store it in your pantry or kitchen, be sure to keep it away from air and in a cool, dry, dark place to retard mold growth.
